Moat Thone

The Burmese Modern & Contemporary artist Moat Thone was born in 1956. Since 1977 , when he became fine art graduate, he runs his life as a full time illustrator and artist. He used to create the artworks with his free spirit focusing on his lively lines and shapes . His works are familiar with the people through illustrations of book covers . He has been shown his works over 50 group and 9 solo exhibitions at home and abroad. Since 2017 , his artworks sold at the Sotheby’s Hong Kong Auction with the price rage of 5096 $usd .
