Mg Ko Oo

Mg Ko Oo, mainly known as a photographer, was born in 1966 in Yangon and studied about the photography in 1995. Since 1996, he has captured photos that reflect the usual movements in everyday lives and made the documentary films .” The Collector ’’, was his photography solo show in 2016 at Azada Art Gallery. From 2001 to 2003, he studied how to paint visually and created some paintings but for some reasons, he cannot continue. Fortunately, in 2018, he resumed to create more paintings. As a self-taught artist, he spent most of his time to paint in 2019.
